Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or notify us that you want to return an item.

To start a return, contact us at store@fluxpose.com. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any loss in value if the item is handled more than necessary.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted, unless the return is made under a legal right that applies to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, not working as expected, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at store@fluxpose.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale, where legally permitted

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted or processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will refund the item price and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost of your original order.

We are not required to refund any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and you purchase from us online, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you only need to inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to store@fluxpose.com before the 14-day period expires.

If you withdraw from the contract, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

For EU withdrawals, we will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

Orders are processed during business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, preorder status, production timelines, and order volume. If there are significant delays, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as destination country, package weight, package size, and the selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, destination, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control.

3. International Shipping

We ship from Spain.

For customers outside of the EU, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can legally be imported into their country. Failure to comply with local customs requirements may result in delays, additional charges, return, or abandonment of the shipment.

4. Customs and Import Clearance

For shipments outside of the EU, we may provide the required customs documentation, including product descriptions and applicable customs information.

Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside our control. Any customs delays are not included in the estimated delivery time.

If a shipment is returned to us because the customer refused delivery, failed to pay import charges, provided incorrect information, or did not complete customs requirements, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or related charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

For delivery exceptions, failed delivery attempts, or local delivery issues, customers may need to contact the local courier or postal service directly.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

A shipment will only be considered lost after the carrier has completed its investigation or after a reasonable time has passed beyond the estimated delivery window.

We may request additional information from you, including confirmation of the shipping address or proof of non-receipt.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to countries that are available for selection during checkout.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there. Shipping availability may change over time due to courier limitations, legal restrictions, customs requirements, sanctions, trade embargoes, or other operational reasons.

9. Events Outside Our Control

Delivery timelines may be affected by events outside our control, including but not limited to customs delays, courier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, severe weather, political events, public holidays, or other force majeure events.

We are not responsible for delays caused by these events.

10. Liability

Our liability for shipping issues is limited to the value of the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This policy does not limit any legal rights you may have under applicable law.

Your order is not accepted until FluxPose confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as FluxPose may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. 
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

We stand behind the quality of our products and provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects under normal use.

EU Customers

Customers in the European Union are covered by the applicable statutory warranty rights provided under EU and local consumer protection laws.

As a minimum, this includes a 2-year statutory warranty for manufacturing defects and lack of conformity under normal use. If the laws in your country provide a longer warranty period or stronger consumer rights, those rights apply.

Customers Outside the EU

Customers outside the European Union receive a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Exclusions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by circumstances outside normal intended use, including but not limited to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or overrides any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited, excluded, or overridden.

Normal Orders
When you place a normal order, you pay in full at checkout. You can cancel your order any time before it has been fulfilled and receive a full refund. If any fixed costs (for example, shipping labels) have already been incurred and cannot be refunded, those costs will be deducted from your refund. Once a order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund according to our standard returns policy.

Pre-orders
Some items may be offered as pre-orders, meaning they are out of stock or will be available in the future. For pre-orders, we also collect full payment at checkout. You can cancel your pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fixed costs such as shipping labels. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund according to our standard returns policy.
