Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or notify us that you want to return an item.

To start a return, contact us at contact@fluxpose.com. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any loss in value if the item is handled more than necessary.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted, unless the return is made under a legal right that applies to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, not working as expected, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@fluxpose.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale, where legally permitted

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted or processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will refund the item price and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost of your original order.

We are not required to refund any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and you purchase from us online, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you only need to inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to contact@fluxpose.com before the 14-day period expires.

If you withdraw from the contract, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

For EU withdrawals, we will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
